PersonalWell for those who dont know who I am, I am Rohan Aneja, 21 years old. I am into my final year of Engineering in Information Technology, from UIET. It feels great to be brought up in Asia's greenest city - Chandigarh, thanks to my parents (I would try not to leave this place). I have a younger sister and that completes our family.
I thank my family for supporting me always. I love you all.
I am a proud Johnian. I have passed through the portals of St John's High School and DAV College. The two institutions instilled in me the quest for academic excellence, the sense of responsibility and duty towards society, social equity, and equipped me with skills which would help me face the outside world with confidence. In fact, the reason for my success today is the eclectic mix of education and other activities, all bound together by a firm cord of values.
My sincere thanks to all my friends who stood by me always. ProfessionalI always had a passion for designing. Beacause of this passion I always used to do more or less of designing work in my free time. I always used to look for various contests and events in my college, which involved photoshop designing, website designing, and all.
Starting as a hobby, I loved to do design n market things. One day thanks to the NGO Youth United we actually got an offer to do our first paid project. So after completing the project with my friend Ritoban we actually decided to make it a business and registered WebTechCreations, and then there was no looking back.
Also to mention I am an advisor for ICICI Prudential Life Insurance since 2006 which is actually the best Insurance Company in India.

One of the founder members of an NGO Youth United and got it registered under the Societies Registration Act of 1860, India.
Currently serving as the General Secretary for the organization Youth United.
Organized various events including a Drawing competition on World Environment Day, Rock n Roll workshop, Fund raising event for the under privileged, a Treasure Hunt, and candle light vigil on Female Foeticide.
Active member of the Computer Society of India.

Chandigarh head of an animal welfare organization PETA(People for Ethical Treatment of Animal's) INDIA and was awarded a Star Street Teamer award in 2007.

I volunteered as a member of the helpdesk during the counseling for admission of the Engg. students in 2006 & 2007.
I served as a member of the Magazine Committee UIET and editor of The Vine.
